Here's How Some Children Describe Their Feelings When They Are Experiencing an Allergic Reaction ---> Signs of a Reaction
If you think a classmate is having an allergic reaction:
- Ask someone else to get an adult right away. Do not leave your classmate alone unless you absolutely HAVE TO in order to get help.
- If your classmate is having trouble breathing, ask someone to call 9-1-1.
- Don't try to run to the office with a classmate who is having a reaction. Running or walking quickly can make the reaction worse. Try to get an adult to come to you right away.
