Mrs. Herman will clean the table that is designated for children with severe food allergies. Lunchroom volunteers should NOT clean this table. Some children with allergies will sit with their classmates in the lunchroom. They will have red placemats so that volunteers can keep a close eye on them during lunch time.
Children's Hand Washing
If children have peanut butter during lunch, please remind them to wash their hands before going outside.

- One of the keys to good hand washing is to keep scrubbing for as long as it would take you to sing one verse of "Happy Birthday" slowly.
- Hand sanitizer is NOT a substitute for hand washing. It does not remove traces of nuts from hands.
